2. Data We Collect

• Form data: the name, phone, email and request details you enter when creating a service or quote request.
• Technical and crash data: device model, operating system version, app version and error logs collected via Sentry for app stability. This data does not directly identify you.
• Camera: used only momentarily for QR/barcode scanning; images are not stored or sent to any server.
• Device preferences: your theme and language choices are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.

3. How We Use Data

We use the data we collect only to respond to your request, carry out service and quote processes, communicate with you, and fix technical issues in the app. Your data is not used for advertising or profiling.

4. Data Retention

The app has no database and keeps no account or profile information. Your form data is primarily forwarded to our staff by email. To prevent your request from being lost during email delivery and for technical diagnostics, the record of your submitted request is retained on our server for a maximum of 90 days and is then automatically deleted; in this record your phone number and email address are stored in masked form. Your device preferences (theme and language) are kept only in the local cache on your device and are not transmitted to us. Retention of data is additionally subject to the periods set out in the Eneko Privacy Notice (KVKK).

5. Third-Party Services

• Sentry: used to monitor app crashes; its servers may be located abroad.
• Email infrastructure: used to forward your form data to us.
• The app contains no advertising or analytics tracking software (SDK), and your data is not sold to third parties.

6. International Transfer

Due to the infrastructure of the crash monitoring service, your technical data may be processed on servers located abroad. This transfer is carried out with the necessary security measures under Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

7. App Permissions

• Camera: used only for QR/barcode scanning.
• Internet: used to display product information and submit form requests.

8. Security

To keep your data safe, encrypted (HTTPS) connections and industry-standard technical and administrative measures are applied in network communication. While no system is 100% secure, we take the utmost care to protect your data.

9. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for corporate use and does not target users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. To exercise your rights, please review the Privacy Notice (KVKK) in the app or contact us.

11. Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of the form data (full name, phone, email and request content) you submitted through the Eneko app. Since the app has no user account, deletion requests are made by email:

• Step 1: Send an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request" to dtx@eneko.com.tr.
• Step 2: Include the full name and the phone/email you used when submitting the request, so we can locate your data.
• Step 3: Your request will be completed within 30 days at the latest, and you will be notified.

Data deleted: your request record stored on our server (kept for up to 90 days, with phone and email masked) and the request content delivered by email. Your device preferences (theme and language) are stored only locally on your device, so we hold no copy to delete; you can clear these by uninstalling the app.

12. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published within the app and takes effect from the date it is published.
